Gavin Adcock, a rising star in the country music industry, has encountered trouble with the Highway Patrol.
Adcock, 26, was accused of driving carelessly and of having an open alcohol container in his car. The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office reports that he was freed at approximately 4:34 a.m. on May 22 after posting a $1,000 bond.
The singer of songs like “A Cigarette,” “Deep End,” and “Ain’t No Cure,” which are popular on streaming services, will continue his Need To tour on May 24 in Grant, Oklahoma.

The crooner, who recently reached one billion Spotify plays, is no stranger to the police; in 2023, he was arrested for driving with a suspended license on X. He remembered, “I sat in there for ten hours and made friends with my cellmates.”
